My wife and I stopped by for a quick burger at lunchtime, and we were really impressed with the service. There was a girl (I forgot her name) who was working her first day, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly, all while handling her responsibilities effectively. We were also served by a team member named Colin, who truly stood out for his personable approach and skill. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was out of fries, but I understand that these things can happen from time to time. I look forward to returning in the future. Cheers!
I had a fantastic experience with the service at this restaurant, especially given the rest of the airport was quite disappointing. Every employee was polite and efficient, which was a refreshing change from the usual complaints. A special shout-out to Alice, Victoria, and the talented chef John. They served the best burger I've ever had in an airport! We will definitely return, and I recommend that all you Burger King fans give this place a try. It's worth paying a little extra for the excellent quality and service.
The burgers here are significantly better than those at the Burger King next door, and there are plenty of tables available, so you won’t have to struggle to find a seat even when the airport is busy. The staff is friendly and warm, which is a nice change from the typical impersonal service found in most airport restaurants. Colin, the young man at the Kulisse, was particularly helpful. I’m not sure why others have left negative reviews; this is a lovely little spot to enjoy a satisfying meal and take a break.
