This location has always been a headache and slow, but today takes the cake. After waiting at the door for 30 minutes since the notification that my food was out for delivery, I still hadn 't received my order. I called to ask about the status of my orderand they said it was out for delivery but couldn 't tell me any more. I asked (without any attitude) is this typical for yourwait times? and they hung up on me! Absolutely unacceptable. It would have been faster and more pleasant (not to mentioncheaper) to personally drive to a different location farther away and place an in person order.
I was an opener for this location. The Store manager (Alex) is a rude have no sense of communication. Anytime a customer acknowledge what was wrong she will make it seem like it their fault instead of responding handling the situation in a calmmanner. My review was deleted so I came back to update it. Also district managers don?t care cause they need her there more thanthey need customers to return lmao
The service was horrible i was using gift cards gifted to me from my job and the young man was so rude he had a problem with me using the. Also he charged the gift card and then said it didn't go through in which i ended up paying an additional $15 only toget home and find out that the money can off the card and i was over charged. The subs were good the service was just bad and Iwas over charged.
We have ordered from this restaurant for the last time. Delivery from them was our ?go to? during the pandemic and at least 1/4 of the time, our order was wrong. They say they will correct it with another delivery but don?t always do it. When they did, itwould sometimes be another hour. Horrible customer service. Find another restaurant!
