This place is bad downhill. Earlier a great place to relax after a day at the lake or grab drinks with friends, this no longer exists. Horrible Manager and waitress (Teresa), who mostly ignored and a bad attitude with our entire party of 6. Rude and argumentative. Big old beers. Bad atmosphere. Flying and bugs everywhere. Save time and money! Hopefully this place will be back to the big place where it was earlier. There are some great service people in this place and I am so disappointed that they were not part of my experience that it is usually fun. The lake view is the only plus. Read the other 1 star reviews about food and service, they are very accurate to our experience.
Fantastic place for a meal on the water. The veranda/deck seating with heating is a wonderful atmosphere. Food was delicious cheese curds and burgers, with local beer were unreal. George our server was polite, attentive and helpful w/o intruder. Manhattan, made for one in our 3 party, was perfect as the big portion of sweet potatoes and chicken sandwich. Almost everything on the menu is from scratches (clothes, marinades, batteries etc.)
This place is lovely, and it is directly on the water. The staff was super nice, food and drinks were good, and the service was excellent! We sat outside on a beautiful autumn evening under the heating, enjoy the view and good company. Also the interior of dining room and bar is very nice. This place is really a jewel as the other reviews say!
We loved it here. Service, food, atmosphere and music were all good. Children were able to fish while we saw cocktails on the terrace the sunset. I had the fish fry, ingenious, and my wife had the perfectly cooked and delicious 5 alarm burgers. Our server was attentive and on site. Absolutely come back!
