Even though KFC tells you to call and order ahead, this is one of the few KFC's that will actually let you do that. Most of the others will refuse to take your order over the phone. Others will say to place your order online. Their online menu with Grubhub is non functional and it only has a small portion of their full menu. Many of the other KFC's never have any specials especially the ones in the Greenville,SC area. This location always has good pricing, great specials and pretty friendly and efficient staff. My favorite KFC location in South Carolina.
The service was great and the people were very nice, but I have some advice before you put the chicken in the box please drain the grease I got a 16 piece the first 5 or six pieces were great but everything under it was so greases that it was all stuck together and it messed up all the skin on the chicken up, it was like wet batter.
