The most wonderful custom service I've ever received. I came through the trip thru at 6 pm during a busy dinner service made my order, but when I got into the window, they had to put more chicken for extra crispy. The worker apologised politely for the expected 15 min waiting and offered me a 10% discount on the inconvenience. He even went so far to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. I usually would give this place 5 stars but tonight the food was tasting a little funky. Me and my boys slid on into that John and schmucked on some grub. Don’t get me wrong it was bussin bussin but I can’t seem to get off the toilet.
They're not too fast, but that's okay if it's hot fresh and tasty and great customer service. By far the best KFC in Minnesota I was so far.
