Conviated to this restaurant for a birthday, the meal was gustatively speaking pleasant but nevertheless deplorable from a point of view of the service. Indeed Hélène and Mélina have only surprised me, either by forgetting another entrance to the place of the fish that I am allergic to or the cheese that one of them has dropped on the ground, not to mention the entrance that I tasted cold waiting to be served in champagne for the aperitif. A meal in the mixed set, resounding again with a more smiling and competent service.
Excellent meal a we! The best restaurant in Troyes and around! Bravo to the leader and the whole team! (January 2023) We have just returned to the south and on the terrace: a unique menu but what a delight! Refined dishes, very neat presentation and soft price! And Chief Christian takes the time to welcome us and discuss the kitchen. Thank you again for this tasteful experience that enchants us (June 2023).
Guests for Dominique's birthday, we really enjoyed the meal in a general way and especially the very good entrance and the main dish. The waitress and the waitress were given good attention to all the guests we were (about fifty) and in a very kind and professional way.
