The reception is not worthy of a 3-star establishment. The receptionist present at our arrival (on Wednesday, November 15) must necessarily change his profession, for the well being of the customers. We had no choice but to settle immediately while in other establishments you are asked with courtesy if you want to settle on arrival or departure. After this bad experience, we discover the room, and it's the second massaging shot... It's in his juice, clean, but really old. For breakfast, real bread would have been appreciated, and not small cooked breads on site. Half-tone balance, the price is correct, the location also. There's potential, but for that we should improve the customer receptio...
