Every time it's just too good! This time, a small vegetable feast meal and a salty menu: Carpaccio of mushrooms with effiled almonds, Wellington served with pods, old vegetables and red wine sauce. For dessert, a fruit crumble (rhubarb, apple, kiwi, sweet wine pineapples). Everything was perfect and with our friends we enjoyed each other. Patricia always surprises with boldness in her associations. The last time it was the kiwi that added an acidulated and sweet side with radish and cucumber in the entrance.
