Loved the food but the service we had was terrible. Our server apparently got sent home right after taking our food order. We never saw the new server. Food took an hour to come out (tables that sat down after us got served and one left before we ever got our food). The only service we had was the nice man who refilled everyone’s water. No one came out to make sure our food was okay or if we needed anything and we waited a solid 30 minutes just for the check . I asked the lady we had to go grab for our check what happened to our server and she informed me she was sent home. Thankfully we didn’t have our kids with us.
Does not take reservations but doesn’t seem to be a problem. We waited less than five minutes for a table. server was nice but had very little if any knowledge of the menu. Ordered the veal feature. It was two small chunks of overcooked veal and tasted like rubber which were served in a large bowl of penne, pasta, with a red sauce that tasted like Campbells Soup. My wife’s entrée was no better nor was the entrées of the couple we were dining with. I will also add that the dining room was exceptionally depressing. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.
The food is good! Truly. But the restaurant itself was pricey, small to moderate portions, and we waited an hour and a half to get in. It was a REALLY loud atmosphere (packed with people AND music blaring in the background) and pretty tight quarters. The food is tasty, but only one of the pastas is housemade. For what you pay it honestly was just not that great of an experience.
We got a weird look from the hostess when we walked up with our toddler. She suggested we sit outside in the heat. No offer for high chair and feels like we were put out because of the kid. Disappointing unfortunately. The scampi came incredibly spicy (which wasn’t noted on the menu) and I got another one without red pepper but it had no flavor. Everything tasted like straight olive oil. Food took 30 minutes and wait staff rarely came back for refills or to check in.
The pasta was so fresh and delicious. Our waitress was great, but every single employee we interacted with, whether they were clearing plates or filling our waters, was so kind. It didn’t matter that we weren’t their table. We’ll definitely be back!
So good. Popped in and sat on the patio. Got a handful of entrees and a pizza for the table. Everything was delicious and they'll be able to serve liquor soon just beer and wine right now I think. Cameron, our server, was great.
The service was outstanding. Michael was the best! The food was 5 star and plated beautifully. The atmosphere was very loud and echoed to the point of not being able to hear myself speak. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was the perfect temperature and delicious! Service was terrific! I would have liked a larger table. I sat at an extremely small table for two ..it felt a bit cramped.
