Maggiano's Little Italy

Service was poor and horrible, never again will I come back here to eat. Upon entering the restaurant myself and partner wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by none of the staff working. So we waited for about 7 minutes and finally was greeted and was seated. Staff and management were standing around doing absolutely nothing so there’s no excuse as to why we weren’t greeted. We arrived at 5pm and didn’t get seated til 5:08pm and waited at our table til 5:20pm that’s when the waiter came to the table. It took the waiter 5 minutes to bring us water and when we asked could we please have some bread the waiter said the bread is cooking in the oven and he will bring it out once it’s done. This Italian restaurant is undoubtedly one of the finest dining establishments in the United States. The ambiance was exceptional, and I felt like royalty during my visit. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nataly and Noel for making our initial experience truly remarkable. My wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and we had just left the hospital after one of her sessions.
