Ordered just a few minutes ago in the drive thru. On the receipt it says Sidel. Not sure if that is her name. Anyway she got our order wrong and when I asked about it she refused to fix it so we waited in the drive thru as she ignored us and kept opening and closing the window. Claims to be a manager but does not fix an order she did wrong. Not sure how that makes sense. Very rude and after repeating the rest of the order back half was wrong.
came thru at 6:30 and for you could not even repeat my order correctly. I come into the window and the sandwiches are still wrong and they have not added my 2 hash browns to my order after it was repeated twice. lady wasn't friendly. such a disappointment per usual.
I would not given 1 star but I couldn't post this review. Nasty people here. They serve your food with their bare hands no gloves or napkin. I order a pastry and the guy grabs it with his bare hands in front of me. That's freaking nasty
When in Souix City Iowa there is no better way to start your day than with a $1 sausage biscuit and $1 coffee at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the lobby opens at 8am, but the drive through is open 24 hours.
