Ordered a mega meal, bacon and egg mcmuffin meal and two extra hash browns ... Go to the pay window and was asked "did you order 3 hash browns?" I said no, two, so that's two in the meals and two extra - four total, ok? Order Staff: yes .... The order arrives, after a 5 min wait in the waiting bay, and there are only two hash browns .... The receipt show the two meals and 2 additional hash browns ... Problem is it is so faint it hard to read ... The second order staff goes to check, then tells me I didn't order any hash browns but they have given be one for free ...What on earth? ... I know good staff are hard to find, but when a customer raises a problem at least investigate it properly ......

I went there with on Saturday 1st April 2023 afternoon for Lunch with my Mum and I had the Grilled McChicken Burger and my Mum had a Chicken Wrap. The food was terrible so I avoid this place at all costs also while she was getting me a Hot Chocolate the lady just opened the back door of my Mum's car and she dropped 2 bags of food on the floor without asking, which is totally inappropriate.
I live within the area of this McDonalds and go through the drive through daily for my morning coffee on my way to work. Coffee always tastes great and the staff are very friendly! I think the staff at this McDonalds really make it for me. Well done guys, will continue to support you all :)
