Overall, it's a decent McDonald's. However, I've noticed that about every other time I visit at night, close to closing time, they claim they're either out of ice cream or that the machine is broken. I feel like this might just be an excuse for them to avoid cleaning the machine and not having to stay late. Additionally, the customer service is just average, perhaps a 6 out of 10.
It's McDonald's—what else can I say? I tried their app for the first time, and it worked smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Did I mention it was McDonald's? It brought back the same guilty pleasure I’ve enjoyed since childhood. However, I can only indulge a few times a year now, whereas as a kid, I could have eaten there every day.
Overall, it's a decent McDonald's. However, nearly every other time I visit in the evening, they claim they're out of ice or that the machine is broken. I suspect this is just an excuse because they want to avoid staying late to clean it. Additionally, the customer service is average, around a 6 out of 10.
They handle demand well and make very few mistakes (at least in my experience), and the ice cream machine is always operational when I'm in the mood for some!
