During my last three visits to this McDonald's, I ordered a chicken cheeseburger with extra sauce (at an additional cost) and all three times my food was served without the extra sauce. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was told to check my order before leaving next time. However, how am I supposed to do that if my order is delivered to me? Instead of blaming the customer, who has no control over food production, the staff should ensure that orders are prepared correctly, especially when extra charges are involved. While I understand that it is fast food and often made by teenagers, if this is a recurring issue, management needs to step in and ensure better quality control.
Macdonlds is the only store that is open after 1 o'clock that I usually order via Uber Eats. Mostly I'll never get a straw, so if I get a thick shake that's common for me, I'm having fun drinking it. I had times when I was completely wrong with my order. Tonight was no different, I ordered a Big Mac, a Mc Flurry and a big vanilla thick shake, I get what I order. Of course not. Es Sans Souci Maccas, where 1 Mc Flurry and 1 large vanilla Thickshake translated to them 2 mc flurries leave the thickshake no where to see. I wonder if they even double check the order.
I ordered a small cappuccino in the drive-thru and was shocked to be charged $4.30, which is much higher than the usual price of $3.80 or $3.90 at other places. After being told to wait in the waiting bay, I noticed that at least 11 cars that came after me received their orders and left, while I was still waiting. It seems like they forgot about me. The manager at the Sans Souci McDonald's should be fired for this poor service.
I recently visited the restaurant and ordered two sausage egg muffins to go. When I arrived home, I realized that one of the muffins was missing the egg and appeared to have been hastily prepared, with cheese scattered unevenly.
