Been to Mcmullans for the second time and did not improve. The service was really slow the first time and the same for the second time. We were asked to find our own seats on the patio, as well as another couple and they were given menus and we were sitting waiting for someone to come over. Over 10 minutes pass (with a few other servers going to tables) and we still had not received a menu. Another couple walks in and sits down and someone brings them over menus!! We couldn't even flag down a waitress because they were in such a rush to get inside. Finally fed up, my boyfriend CALLS the restaurant and asks someone to bring us over menus (because we went inside and no one was around). FINAL...
I've come here a few times and always enjoyed my meals. It's a sports bar so when there's a game the whole place is buzzing and it's a good time! They offer great pub food at good prices. This time I got the panzarotti with fries ($11) and it did not disappoint! It's also nice to come here for pizza and beer. They have a great deal where you can get a pitcher of domestic beer with a 17" pizza (or nachos or a app platter) all for $24!Service is always friendly but not always effecient. A couple of times we had to wait a really long time for our food. Also, desser isn't their specialty, so just stuck with the pub grub :)
Seating is open and allows for conversation without the bar getting too loud. Pool tables offer something to do in addition to eating and drinking. Food is great, good quality for the price. Pizza is excellent, as is the Caesar salad and chicken wings. They also have a combo appetizer platter that is great for sharing. Good selection of draft beers.
My wife and I frequently go here and enjoy the pizza and also the nachos. They have a great deal that includes a pitcher of beer and a pizza or a pitcher of beer and nachos. The staff is always very friendly. I suggest you go and have a pizza and sit out on the patio and enjoy the atmosphere with a cold beer. Save me a seat!!!
