The restaurant closes at 10 PM, and we arrived at 9:30, but they took our order and allowed us to finish eating before closing up. We were the last to leave. We also tried the loaded fries, which are a new addition to the menu, and they were delicious with pulled chicken and cheese. However, my main dish was supposed to be peri-peri pulled chicken, which turned out to be rather tough. There wasn’t much of a crowd, possibly because it was near closing time, but the dim lighting and soft music created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice place for a meal, but if they could improve the chicken's texture, it would be even better.
Atmosphere was lovely and the place looked clean. However the service in other places is much better. Asked for extra plates as we were all sharing and they brought one extra plate. Asked for more than one as we were more people and u you can tell the server was not happy to go back again. One of the things we ordered was the 10wings and you can tell they were old. They had the taste of old chicken and was not juicy. I asked what the rest of the guys think and they said the same. Never had this in a Nandos restaurant before and I go often. I don't think I will go to this particular one again.
It's become fast food not great food, anymore. Chicken is somewhat dry, not juicy and succulent like Nando's used to make. Maybe, it's just this particular Nando's. I will try a different one and post when I've been exciting stuff, haha. All the staff were great. The food was served fast. The restaurant was busy but plenty of seating still. This was on a Friday at lunchtime. We were in and out quick. A bit too quick, really. Overall, I was disappointed with the food.
The manager is really helpful and friendly. He quickly sorted our missing order. This restaurant is way better than the one inside trafford centre, more quiete and calm. The food was delicious, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. The location is great as well. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
