It was my first time at Nothing Bundt Cakes and this experience was amazing. I was helped by a friendly individual name Julieanne who explained mainly everything about the cakes to all sorts of custom decorations you can get. I would say they have the best white-chocolate raspberry cake I ever tasted. The texture was so soft and moist. I highly recommend coming to this bakery.
Just stopped in about 12:30pm on July 3rd and had a wonderful experience. Juliane was soooo helpful, engaging and kind. They didn't have what I was looking for already done but offered that if I didn't mind waiting, they would go in back and get the cake I was looking for decorated. They went above and beyond. I will never hesitate to stop here if I'm in need of a cake!
Dia is something special, she is so understanding, and welcoming. I was about to leave because of the behavior of the other employee(ariel), she was a little aggressive. 100 stars for you Dia. Thank so much! Keep doing what you are doing! She explained EVERY CAKE to me with no problem. Thanks again
Their employee; Kaley, who is handling my order and personal emails and has been incredibly accommodating and genuine. I just picked my cake up today and cut it, my cake was not fresh at all it was crumbly and stale I am very disappointed
