The kitchen is excellent; a simple, technical and mastered kitchen; Run minute, under your eyes, by a concentrated, applied and passionate chef, offering a map for all the tastes that renew with the seasons and (good) products of the moment. Very large selection of wines of nature, little chance to be mistaken because each bottle is worth the detour (A great for the wine billing mode one can have very good bottles at table without ruining).
