Wanted to try eating here tonight, had read some good reviews. Google said they were open until 10pm. Waiting in the lobby hostess wants to put us in the bar area since they were closing. I asked what time they closed was told 10pm. The hostess seemed hesitant to seat us saying the kitchen closes at 9 or 10?? Which was it? We just left.
Otto has become one of my favorite places to eat. The bar was great, we got a drunk while waiting to be seated. Once seated our waitress was very nice and did a great job of taking our orders and getting our food out. Otto has some of the best sushi I've tasted so I highly recommend.
Service sucks 95% of the time but I did get a good waiter one time. I definitely don't go for the service, staff is often rude and unhelpful. The sushi though is where its at. You'll be hard pressed to find any better around here. The only reason I keep coming back.
we are regulars and love their sushi. service is excellent. last visit was on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full, but we still got our appetizers immediately and sushi within 20 minutes. great experience.
