The first two times I went to this particular Pizza Hut I was impressed by the customer service. The pizza was really good. Now I recently read that the Pizza Hut pizza is really fatty but if your weight conscious are you really going for a pizza! However while the first two times were perfect the third was not and I was duly disappointed. Not just in the lack of customer service or anything resembling customer service but also how the pizza seem to have been thrown together. I was not happy with the experience or the pizza. I felt the customer service was on the cusp of being rude.
Had an online order and it kept post poning time to 90 minutes. I called several times to cancel and they wouldn't answer their phone. After all, the pizza came and tasted terrible. They told me to go there and bring them the pizza boxes if I wanted a refund.
Great food and great customers! I can never complain about anything! Thanks for your service??????
Can be slow, but pizza is really good and so are the wings
