We tried to place a Thanksgiving order and were given some items to choose from. They took our order over the phone but told us to mention that they would be closing in a few hours when we arrived. However, when we got there, they asked us for an order number that they never provided. It was frustrating to deal with their lack of organization, especially during the Thanksgiving season. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen to place an order for Thanksgiving. They took my order over the phone but mentioned they would be closing in a few hours. It felt like they had no intention of serving us, especially on Thanksgiving. It was a terrible experience.
I appreciate all the offers and promotions that Popeyes has for customers. The food is usually cooked well. The service can be a bit slow at times, but I understand that they are often very busy. However, the staff could benefit from a bit of training to improve their speed.

Ordered food and my order was missing items, called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone that claimed to be the manager was very rude and lacked any type of good customer service. Will never order there again.
bought 2 pieces of kicking and a biscuit not good. I did it with him. the biscuit had hair in it had to throw it out. the chicken wasn't good when he was so good. Take the risks you want.
Love Popeyes , they recently released the IDK $6 promotion which got you a strawberry lemonade slushy and the infamous chicken sandwich!
