Ramsays on Ryrie Street is the big sister to their outlet in Market Square. A not really large menu but it cover burgers, chicken, one fish snapper and all day breakfast. Good service and a very quiet location which probably works against them somewhat. We ate lunch there. The big breakfast is huge ! Ample bacon, two eggs, plenty of toast, three has browns with tomato, mushrooms and baked beans. At around $15, not bad value. The snapper is pre-packaged and commercially crumbed. Taste is OK and the ddish is saved be a decent salad and potato wedges. Happy to recommend for a quiet meal anytime but don,t have too high of an expectation. We enjoyed our meal in the beer garden on a hot and humid day. It was a wonderful experience. I ordered the salt and pepper squid with chips, which was delicious. The Cascade ginger beer with a lemon slice on ice was perfect. I want to praise the wait and service staff for their exceptional and efficient service. Our drinks and food arrived in front of us in less than 5 minutes. We had a great lunch. Thank you.
We went for brunch and unlike other places they were serving lunch all day. The layout of the place was nice and cozy. The outdoor sitting was quite nice too with the view of the ocean. We had full breakfast and jack sparrow(something new). Service was friendly Overall, happy with the experience. Would defiantly recommend.
This cafe is on the downside of the central mall in Geelong and while not in the greatest position it is worth finding it for the cakes and particularly for the hot chocolate, which is one of the best I have had!! They also have a great selection of nice teas and cakes.
