Creo que no exagero al decir que NUNCA había comido un lomo curado en manteca mejor que este. Trato del personal excelente, entorno inmejorable y condiciones higiénicas anti COVID absolutamente fiables. Por poner un pero, un lapso de tiempo algo excesivo entre los entrantes y el plato principal, pero no teníamos la más mínima prisa ???? Con ganas de volver en cuanto se pueda.
