Resto-Bar St-Redempteur

We had dinner here which was very good. We had the steak and filet mignon. The menu doesn't mention that each meal comes with salad, vegetable and potato. This morning we had breakfast here and it was the best I have had. I had the eggs benedict with fresh fruit- slices of watermelon, catalope and orange. The benedict had plenty of ham and was delicious. The hash browns were great. My husband had french toast and meat pie which were excellent. What a hearty meal. We didn't need lunch until 3pm we were so full. Would definitely recommend. The staff spoke some english. They tried very hard and were very nice.

We stayed at Hotel Bernieres last year and had a very lackluster experience at the restaurant. (The hotel is VERY GOOD, see my review for that separately)This time around was completely different. We had supper the one night (splitting a club sandwich) and the food was very good and reasonably priced. In fact, that convinced us to try there again for breakfast (we had gone to the Mike's down the street the year prior), and it was not a disappointment. The breakfast was even better value and the food was great.Definitely don't let the earlier bad reviews scare you away...this place has made progress!

I will have this restaurant 10 to 15 times a year always well served and the food excellence....The receptionist arianne and the hostess laurence always smiling and in good mood, as well as all the waitresses. I recommend this restaurant.

We stayed at Hotel Bernieres, which is connected to the restaurant. We arrived a little later than expected, but the full menu was available and the staff very friendly. Ample portions of good food for a reasonable price.

affordable prices, original and also traditional dishes, pleasant service: a very good table with quality and friendliness!
