Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory

Love this place! When traveling to San Diego or back from, its a perfect quick stop for a taco and drink and sopapillas, fried tortilla sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and you can add a little honey ?. Tacos are small, a little on the pricier side. Its a soft hand made tortilla, steak and veggies if you want, melted cheese if you want or guac. All sorts of other dishes but that's their specialty. You won't be disappointed.

Americanized Mexican food. Cafeteria like setting. Food is put out like a manufacturing line. Plenty of different salsas and kept clean. Majority of patrons we're senior citizens or close in age range to that. Food is far from authentic. Decent pricing. Would not eat here again, although the staff and area are nice, the food is not to my liking.

Nice place !! I had the chicken enchiladas with the sour cream. Very good.They cover enchiladas with a white sauce. I think the white sauce is very popular here.Came to Rosa's mostly cause it a middle point from Corona and San Diego. Family come together there and you can sit for a long time.

Our first time to visit, we were pleasantly impressed with the friendly staff, the fastest service we have ever had. The amount of food we received for such an affordable dinner.We love the atmosphere, we will definitely return, not order the guacamole ???

my wife and I are regularly found at pink’s for several reasons. eating is fantastic. the speed of the service is amazing. the value is exceptional. it is easy and comfortable to earth. everyone is friendly and welcoming. the best are the tortillas!
