Sababa - Tisch resevieren

Visited this place for the first time with two of my friends. We ordered the beef kebob, chicken kebob; Saffron rice, middle eastern salad and Tabbuleh salad on the side. The food was delicious! One of my friends ordered the baked potatoes as the side with garlic source... we didn't like this item as the potatoes were too dry and the garlic sauce was very sharp in taste.Other than the potatoes, everything else tasted absolutely amazing!There is a grocery store on the left side of this restaurant, which you can order some takeout food. I love the "Sababa burgers" which has a middle eastern taste to it! ($4.99 each)The olives, salads and stuffed wine leaves are absolutely delicious!!!

I was hoping to come in for a feast before reviewing, but in the meantime, I have come twice ordering a small amount of food and they don't seem to mind at all. This restaurant is located in a strip mall of medical offices but is nice enough for an occasion out. The Sababa salad tastes wonderfully fresh and looks small but is plenty for sharing with any other dish. The Falafel balls for instance are maybe too much for one person, and everything seems to be served with warm pita, which makes it easy to make a lunch or late evening supper for little cost. I think this restaurant deserves a higher profile location, but make sure you visit while it is still a hidden gem.

I have been going here for about 15 years. Every time I get an opportunity to drop by I do. It's a bit out of the way for me. But worth the side trip.This trip I stopped in and ate in the restaurant. The Sababa salad is a nice blend of crisp vegetables and Tomatoes. It was almost too much for a lunch sitting. I then went in to order a dozen Falafel and some fresh pita's to go. Some how the bag got lighter on the ride home. They also do an awesome Lentil soup.If you are in the area do yourself a favour and try Sababa. You wont be disappointed.

A fine place to eat. Just about anything on this Middle Easter menu is tasty and enjoyable. I'd recommend the lentil soup or the grilled fish. Most meals are accompanied with a huge serving of rice but vegetables or a salad can be substituted. You have to watch carefully for this place because it is not directly on the street but hidden in a strip mall. I had the lamb chops, they were fine but sliced very thinly. I don't come here often, but this time I wanted to try a new dish. I got the kebab. It's minced meat seasoned with onion and parsley. It's one of their signature dishes. It was delicious! Cooked well, and so flavourful. As always the tehina, hummus, and falafel were great. I might have to return sooner.

Enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Especially Delhi croustade were the dips like humus & Baba Ghanoush served with warm, freshly baked pita bread. Attached to the restaurant is a small grocery section which serves quick sandwiches at lunch time. The desserts are also well prepared.

Ordered take-out on Monday for home dinner - food was bad quality, meat and salads were not fresh and tasteless, likely this is restaurant leftovers from Sunday night.. Never go back again, do not recommend

Tasty, fresh middle eastern food, humus and kebabs are great, fresh pita, great appetizers. Nice, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

my grandson likes the pickles the best. the food is usually very consistent. just of late the service is slow.
