Stumbled across Sabores Bistro last night after many years of visiting Torremolinos but never having seen this place before.After viewing the outside menu and being tempted to try their imaginative Scandinavian influenced dishes this is now the best we’ve tried this holiday without a doubt. We tried the tapas starters including pork cheek which I was a little wary of but which melted in my mouth. My hubby had the Nordic seafood tapa which again was delicious and our friends wanted the bouillabaisse but it sadly wasn’t available last night all the more reason to make a return visit! The food was amazingly good and the wonderfully friendly staff present all the time . The only thing we would like to improve is the interior. It was a bit too ascetic for our taste... for example, if you put plants on the terrace, it would add a nice spice to the atmosphere and demarcate the area nicely from the sidewalk...
