Salt Char - Tisch reservieren

I once was a professional baker and my partner was a professional cook. We have a shared hobby of experiencing the best restaurants together. When Salt and Char made Bobby Flay’s favorites list, I knew we had to try it ourselves. I had an odd experience while I was there. The hostess seemed to assume I couldn’t afford the restaurant. While I had an otherwise incredible experience and I whole heartedly recommend the food, the interaction came off a bit odd. We're never disappointed with Salt Char. We sat in the bar tonight to watch the races. Food and service was. Great. Charred Octopus? NY Strip. So good. If you're a salty steak person like me, Just ask for the coarse salt and they will bring you a glass jar with a wooden scoop for the same salt they put in the butter with your bread. Highly recommend it!

Steak was perfect . Bread so crunchy and warm. Service was perfect. It looks beautiful. Rum choices were so many. If the prices were a little lower I would certainly go more so I guess it's just for a once a year treat.

Good overall, but it was very noisy (Saturday evening, relatively late) and my wife's steak was not grilled as she requested. Quality of the food is very good. It is expensive.
