Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

Slow Service Rude waitress. Went in for a beer and appetizer after a hockey game. Service was very slow ...about 40 minutes from food order to delivery at our table. Went to pay bill and mentioned that they were very busy and a bit slow...Server immediately went on the attack and printed a ticket showing time of order...again about 40 minutes. Manager came over and said I was rude to the server. He said that he has no control over how long food prep takes but felt it was acceptable. I disagreed. Anyhow, no sense arguing because at no point did they apologize for the service. Thanks for ruining the experience!

everything in order, but found a small stone on the beerensalat. the waitress promised, but nothing happened. come the time, no reaction. when they ask about the stone, they said, but they ended the salat! . I wasn't looking for a free salat, they were enjoying, I asked myself what they were about a rock in their product. heard of an unrequired apology? toronto is far away.

eat, but terrible service! the bartender ignored us! the kitchen has ruined my burger! would not recommend this place to everyone! the first time it liked, but never come back! cuz from her! not ignore customers!

always great service and delicious creative food. They were here 10 times in 3 years. kid friendly and always busy. much better than the street house competition.

Great food, service and atmosphere.Took my family here for lunch and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks.Highly recommend Shoeless Joes in napanee!
