Simply Thai Bistro

I am never ordering or eating at this restaurant again. I have been a regular customer of Simply Thai Bistro in Wheaton and tonight a $16 dish (we ordered 5 dishes) was missing from our carry out order so I called after we unpacked everything and the manager/owner insisted that they packed all 5 dishes. I politely told her that there was only 1 bag and that we unpacked everything and I told her which dish was missing. She continued to insist that I must be wrong and that they packed all 5 dishes. I was very excited to find a good Thai restaurant in town with great reviews. Several reviewers mentioned they serve a big amount of food. However when I ordered online (curry) and delivered it to my home, I was very disappointed to find that the curry was put in a very small container. The food was good but the amount was very small. Very disappointing!!

Good food and ambiance. The service was quick and the staff was very kind. We were sat right away. The menu is accessed from scanning a QR code where there's lots of choices. I plan to visit again.

We came from Naperville because of the atmosphere and their rating. Completely worth the drive. Delicious food, great service, clean, beautiful! It will not disappoint. oh and BYOB
