This review is LONG but I can 't say enough good things about Small Kitchen Big Taste. From my initial inquiry through to the wedding day, Karen and her team were kind, knowledgeable, and hands on, and the food was absolutely delicious.The venue I selected required whichever caterer I chose to cook outdoors in a tent, so I wanted to work with someone from their preferred list who had cooked there before. I was immediately drawn to SKBT after seeing their food photos on Instagram. There aren’t enough amazing words I could write to describe Small Kitchen Big Taste. I recently got married and had Karen and her team cater my wedding. Karen and her team made the process of wedding planning so much easier on my end they helped immensely with rentals, cake, liquor, layout of the day, and set up and break down on the day of. Not to mention, the food is TO. DIE. FOR. At our tasting, I was completely blown away by the flavors, the presentation, the details, and the effort put into every meal, appetizer, and dessert. Hiring SKBT was the best decision we could have made for our backyard wedding. Karen was such a pleasure to work with right from the beginning!! She really made the planning process easy and enjoyable- she was creative, thoughtful, and had wonderful suggestions about how to tailor our menu to be exactly what we wanted. From appetizers to dinner, every dish was perfectly made. She was able to acomodate both gluten free and vegan guests, and the quality and freshness of the food couldn't be beat. Karen and her team were outstanding the day of our wedding as well as the time leading up to it! The quality of their food and service is unmatched and guests won't stop talking about how different and amazing it was. I would recommend the chocolate chip cookies- the best!
