We had an amazing time at this restaurant, dining on the rooftop, which has an incredible atmosphere. It felt like we were in a movie! We ordered four boats filled with their specialty rolls, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything arrived. The food was not only beautifully presented but also tasted out of this world. I can’t wait to return; this will definitely become an annual tradition for our group! A special thanks to Tiffany for taking our photos on the roof—now we have some wonderful memories!
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. However, I'm giving it a three-star rating for two main reasons. First, the staff was noticeably short, and our waitress was not friendly at all; she didn’t even check if we needed more water. Second, they automatically add a 20% tip to your bill, which I find off-putting. I don't mind tipping when the service is deserved, but in this instance, I don’t feel they even warrant a 10% tip. This is just my honest opinion.
After visiting each year for the last 3, this visit was disappointing. Service was great. The first clue something had changed was there was no hand soap in the rest room! Are the emplyee hands clean? The edamame was frozen and dried out. Like they had freezer burn. The food was average at best. They had no problem adding a 20% tip to your bill. Service was great, but wasn't asked what we thought of the food. Very disappointed. After several years, this was not expected at all.
The food was really good. It took quite a while to get the food, but once it came out was presented well. I wish it had been hotter. For taking so long, you would think it would be hot, but it was only warm unfortunately. It would've been better if it had came to the table hot. The espresso martini is DELICIOUS. This was one of the few restaurants near our hotel (Springhill Marriott) that stayed open late (until 1:00 AM). We visited on a Saturday night, and it was quite bustling. The restaurant features a patio, ground-level seating, and a rooftop area with lounge seating and music. Excellent food and service! This was only my second time eating sushi, but I ordered four different rolls here and they were all delicious. Molly, our server, was very friendly and checked on us often. And a quick shout out to the bar: the Old Fashioned was one of the best I?ve ever had. I will definitely be back the next time I?m in town.
Our waitress Brittiany was awesome! Our daughter didn't like the roll she ordered and Brittiany was kind enough to make sure she got what she wanted. So thankful for her, the great service and sushi
