Caleb... stellar service. The pumpkin cream cold brew was the winner. The quickest I've ever been through a drive-through and the drinks were amazing. Thanks so much for being amazing! I look forward to my next visit, and hope Caleb is there!
Waited more than 20+ minutes for two drinks inside. The drive thru order was long and clearly prioritized. They need to do something or at least warn people it's going to take that long. If I was in a rush I would have been even more upset.
The staff is great, but the store is always understaffed and that really long waits in drive thru or in store.
Half an hour is not acceptable to wait for a drink! Remember this when you think you deserve more money.
