On top of their delicious regular menu, they have really awesome daily specials ranging from truck stop enchiladas to cheeseburgers to prime rib. My favorite side is the corn casserole, omg! This place is amazing. Meats are spectacular and the sides fresh and delicious. Prime brisket is perfect, as good as any place on central Texas. I love their jalapeno cheddar sausage, especially with some of Lance's mustard on it.Ribs are delicious but a tad spicy and they have a sausage of the month that is always a treat.If you are interested in sandwiches the Diablo is my favorite... I try to go every Wednesday for the smoked prime rib and tater tot casserole, I am absolutely addicted! The only other meat I tried was the sausage which was excellent. The BBQ sauce was perfect also. It's counter service, not table service, but the staff is so good, I just love them. If you ask a question about any item, they offer samples, which usually leads to buying enough food for 2 days. They even make brussel sprouts taste good!!! I ran across Stiles Switch BBQ while scrolling Twitter a few months ago and I was immediately intrigued. My girlfriend and I planned a lunch trip to try them out a few weeks ago and it was the best Texas BBQ I've had. I've been to a few big names in TX, but it was before I wrote reviews. Everything single thing we had was so good! We were dancing in our seats the entire time! I have zero complaints about the food, the service, the prices, or the atmosphere. If you want good BBQ thus is the place to be. I can't wait to get back! See yall soon!
I need a repeat visit. All the bones of great bbq seem to be here. I had little time and needed to grab take out. I couldn’t find a chopped beef sandwich on the board. I asked for a simple lunch-sized sandwich with pre-mix chop. I added the tasty looking pickled onions and some pickles. No sides. I was shocked and appalled ? that the sandwich alone totaled over $14 w/tax!I don’t care who you are. ? I’ve had some great Texas bbq and six bites drenched in sauce is not $13.50. Be proud but also be humble.
