I got treated to the most amazing prosecco afternoon tea today. Wonderful array of sandwiches and a stunning selection of cakes and sweet treats, all gluten free! The staff are so lovely and this has to be the best afternoon tea I've ever had, well worth a visit if you're in ashby-de-la-zouch! I came home absolutely fit to burst and with a take away goodie box of cakes I couldn't finish. Looking forward to going back in the future
We visited this restaurant for breakfast during our stay in the area. The food was prepared perfectly and served promptly while we sipped on our coffees. The restaurant is clean and organized with a pleasant atmosphere. The interior is well ventilated, which is a plus after the past two years, and there is a good amount of space between tables.
Found Suzy Q's after visiting the castle. My partner and I stopped for lunch and had a ploughman's and a BLT toastie. Truly delicious food, fantastic Gluten Free selection (have recommended to all my celiac friends! and excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be back soon!
A fab breakfast with lots of choice, including veggie options, with good and speedy customer service. The cakes also looked amazing and would definitely recommend the place to friends and family for a spot of breakfast or lunch.
