Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I went to this restaurant for dinner recently. The service was outstanding, one of the best I have experienced at a Swiss Chalet. However, the food was disappointing. My appetizer, the perogies, was not very good and the dipping sauce was watery. I ordered the special labeled as "Peri Peri" but it did not taste like authentic Peri Peri. The chicken was average and came with what appeared to be just hot sauce for dipping. Additionally, my chicken was overcooked and dry. While the excellent service made up for the mediocre food, it was not enough for me to consider this place great.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years and only once was really disappointed. The servers are very polite and quickly fill the orders. The chicken friries are excellent, such as coffee (free refills). During my last visit the waitress did not bring me any extra napkins and I never got the water to wash my fingers.

We did not have a good experience. The waitress didn't get our food correct. The entire location was cold and although we asked they didn't turn the heat up. We all sat with our winter coats on. Not just us but other guests as well.

It's Swiss Chalet. Always good for so little. Best rotisserie chicken in town. Fast service, hot food, friendly staff but best of all best prices. You can't beat Swiss Chalet for a family meal out.

Great food. Excellent service. Mina is the best! Since I was a child and always get the best service
