One of the top ramen destinations in Vancouver! Taishoken Ramen excels in every aspect — from its rich, flavorful broth to perfectly cooked noodles and hearty servings. I tried the miso tonkotsu, and it was outstanding — the broth was deeply savory without being overly salty, and the noodles had the ideal chewy texture. The pork chashu was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the lively atmosphere struck a perfect balance without feeling overcrowded.
