I had an amazing experience at Tambo! Despite being a new establishment, the service and food were fantastic. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff were extremely friendly. I ordered the Amazonian fish and it was delicious! My only suggestion would be to add a little more to the plate, such as rice or a salad, especially considering the $30 price. I will definitely be returning to Tambo in the future and look forward to making it a regular dining spot.
