I was here at 9:30 (we had 8 people... remember that they were closed at 1:00, we had to find someone who had to wait for us after 5 minutes. We finally sat, went to the bathroom when I came out, I heard 2 servers over us. They said how they don't want many people, etc., it took them 10 minutes to even ask what drinks we want and another 6-10 to get the drinks out. (They weren't busy at all! We didn't get napkins or beasts until one of us got up and someone flattened.. No refills.. how both servers laughed about everything (if they had both earplugs in the ear! Over the entire service was complete bull bag. I hope things change so that it doesn't happen to others.
If there was only one option for ZERO stars! First, don't greet anyone when you go in. They literally have to talk to them at the bar where they only hang and talk to each other. Then, as a member of our party uses the toilet room, they overhear the only two servers that fight and complain who will serve our party of 8. This is 3 hours before closing time! The food was mediocre at best. No cutlery was given at any point and napkins had to hunt down. No wonder the place was dead!
Customer Service was on point, food came out fast, food tasted superb and was very filling. Would definitely go back there.
Drinks lasted 15-20 minutes. Food is institutional quality. The waiter was a very good sport. Had a good time.
