The Mermaid Hotel is perfectly situated in the city of Yeovil and provides excellent entertainment with live bands every Saturday night. The Sunday roasts have gained popularity over the years, although I haven't tried them myself since I live on the premises and haven't needed to stay overnight. The bar staff are friendly and always helpful.
I decided to visit this restaurant after work since it had recently reopened. The service was excellent—quick and efficient. I’m looking forward to trying their offerings again when they reopen from their break on January 19th. We also enjoyed a few games of pool while we were there. Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan to return!
I enjoyed a visit to this pub, which has a limited selection of real ales, a lovely ambiance, and a small pool table. I stopped by for a beer on a hot afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to be offered the chance to try the ales before making a purchase. It’s definitely worth a visit if you're feeling thirsty on your travels.
