Just been for my birthday and our first time since the new owners took over. Dalton and Paolo, abily assisted by family members including mum Wendy, they really deserve this to work for them. Paolo really does create wonderfully executed food. Visually gorgeous but hitting the spot perfectly regarding flavour and perfectly cooked fish/game/meat, even my vegetarian main was stunning. Dalton has a wicked sense of humour and reads his clients well, nothing is too much trouble. We have booked for Sunday lunch and have no doubt we will be visiting again very soon. as surprise for my birthday. it was the afternoon and it was very quiet. a fantastic location, old beams and brick floors. a wonderful step back into the time. the service was completely inconspicuous and the eating was absolutely fabulous. we couldn't blame. in the payment of bill in cash we gave a very good tip of almost £ 30. such a scandal that we did not see a personal after that. they didn't realize if we were overpaid or something. Apart from that, I would highly recommend.
