The Three Crowns - Tisch reservieren

This place was so good that we ate here twice in 4 days! Firstly, the service is friendly, polite and efficient. The food, given their kitchen overhaul, has apparently really improved according to locals. Anyhow, we had the fish and chips (nice moist fish, and crispy batter not out of a box), the ban bun trio, the cheese burger, and the pork belly burger. All were simply excellent, and the hamburger not over grilled! I couldn’t finish the fish and chips, nor the cheeseburger. The portions are remarkably generous for the price. Nice beer on tap and good spritzer deals. I highly recommend this local, and we will return, for sure!

We were in a party of 16 for a birthday dinner and had a lovely evening. We sat in a semi-secluded area with no other diners. The staff were friendly and efficient. In addition to standard pub grub the menu included beef cheeks on mashed potatoes that were really delicious, as was the chicken Caesar salad, parma, and fish and chips. There is a good selection of beer on tap and the house wines were good as well. My wife commented that the ladies room could use some attention, but that’s the only negative for the evening.

Popped into 3 crowns for refreshing beverage after work. Pleasantly discovered lots of craft beers on tap. Really enjoying the Australian focus on fruity IPA brews. Had a pint. Hit the mark. Good crowd and friendly service.

We had beers a couple of times cause the place was very close to our hotel. Typical Australian English style pub with very kind personnel an good beer.

A classic pub in north Melbourne. Foods great, wide selection of beers with a decent beer garden. Worth a visit!
