Overall the food was decent, but there were a few things to tweak that would've made our Boxing Day meal much better. The notes on the booking clearly hadn't been read as we needed a highchair and kids menu, plus we'd booked the extra special menu at £15pp extra but that wasnt acknowledged until I pointed it out. The food overall was tasty but the adult and kids turkey were served without the pigs in blankets, then we were served 4 burned sausages. A deposit of £50 had already been paid at time of booking but was not deducted from the bill, and no apology was offered when this was pointed out. The service was exceptionally slow and we had to call for the team several times to get served and food service times were also slow. The food itself tasted great but albeit on the pricier side.
