I would say so disappointed. I spent my birthday dinner here on 8th august 2022 with my six friends, but we were completely dissatisfied with their total service and food prices. we are all Thai food people and above all in comparison to chaophraya, the prices and portion sizes of food and services are so bad. we spent 23£ per person and we are even hungry after eating here. they calculated us mandatory service fees, but we do not feel that we were waiting. 2 stars for the good taste of the kitchen and this is already funny to her, I would have given only because of her service 1 star when it was my birthday.
visited this restaurant as part of a large group. service was very good. all in my group were satisfied with their decisions, including some who were in Thailand. my starter was fishcake tasted fine, but had a strange rubbery texture I am not sure whether this is in the style of Thai cuisine or not. the lighting, the decoration and the general environment is beautiful.
very good, recommended. some guests were Thai, which is also a good sign for a Thai restaurant. the menu does not look very special, but I had laab kai (traditional chicken salad) with sticky rice, that was not on the menu, but it was really excellent. service was also good, the place looks well maintained and the prices are low.
okay, a decent quality dinner in a beautiful environment is all we wanted and this necessity was fulfilled. eating was good, not amazing. we ordered tom yum, the green curry and the cashew chicken. tom yum lacked the usual complexity of the taste. green curry was pretty nice. the service was slow and unstoppable.
