We came here for dinner after work and were thrilled to find patio seating out behind the restaurant in the courtyard. We shared the chips and guacamole, which were delicious and a generous portion. Obviously, it was made to order since it was so fresh. I got the Pollo Con Mole and was blown away at the complex flavor of the mole, which I’m sure is their personal recipe. The chocolate and the heat come out in the end as a major bonus. My husband got the Carne Asada Tacos and loved them, especially the chunks of pineapple in them. Tony’s Sombrero is a family run local Williamstown business. Chef Hector Palestino and his wife Emma makes yummy wonderful food. All the classics cheesy nachos, big burritos the best mole in the Berkshires. Great for Williams students and visitor to the mountains.
