I ordered a Steak Sub from the Tubbys site in Royal Oak online tonight. I wasn't sure I could pick it up by the drive or if I had to come in. It was absolutely impossible to understand what the answer was, from whom was manning the drive thru. But I thought they were coming forward. So I get out of the line and park and go to the front doors. They're all locked. Then I had no choice but to get back to the line. I came 10 minutes before my order was ready to be and due to the very long line I received my food 15 minutes after. I was worried if my lower part was even hot, but it was safe. It's 82 out, but I went home without air conditioning and windows to get what heat it could have left. Wou...
I wish I could -1 but they don't give me the opportunity. One galle is an absolute heart, but I have more salad, tomatoes than meat in my subs, so I gave them another chance to make it right, BIG mistakes, how can two subs and two poppers come from over $30? I still tap the coal in there because I know it's not HER error, they need to learn how to get MEAT into the sandwiches.. The third time should be a charm, NOT big thing Although $3.99 for 4 Burnt Deep Fried Mushrooms Steak and Cheese Sub was so good, but why did it have me from the 80's Commercial Where's The Beef?
The 2 ladies that work here are the sweetest! I literally only go to this tubbys because of those 2. They always remember me, greet me with such enthusiasm, and it makes my day. The subs are fantastic too! It always brightens my day to go here, as silly as that may sound.
I and my sister were looking for a place to get something healthy and fast. We stopped at Tubby and everyone took a sub. We were both satisfied with the results. I'm sure you can pick up sandwiches from there.
