I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My friends and I arrived this morning, and the restaurant was mostly empty. We found only three glasses for tap water, one of which had lipstick on it. After requesting a replacement, we took the other two glasses to our table, only to discover they were dirty as well. We ordered through the QR code, and before we could pay, they informed us of a 12.5% service charge that would be added to our bill, followed by a prompt to add an additional tip. Urban Social in Islington is a charming café with a warm and inviting ambiance. The interior is cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The coffee was served promptly and it was absolutely delicious. It's definitely a fantastic place to relax or catch up with a friend. I would give zero stars! We waited an entire hour for two simple dishes: a full English breakfast and a mushroom sandwich. When they finally arrived, the food was lukewarm at best. Waiting an hour for lunch on the weekend is unacceptable! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
