Experience es-pec-ta-cu-lar. In the midst of a pandemic, we tried Verduarte dishes at Hotel El Toro, and we liked it a lot. But what there is has been a gastronomic ode. Each dish was an explosion of perfectly combined flavors, with a brilliant final result. From the courgette foam, through the spring onion tempura, to the final lamb, without forgetting the tomato, foie, cod and the rich dessert with Castejón tile. A feast of flavors from our land carefully cared for to delight the diner. Exquisite treatment by the workers and a charming place. We will certainly repeat soon.
