Awful experience trying to get a refund for a missing item in my pick-up order. I thought the whole pick-up service would be easy and convenient but it was the exact opposite. I was told to contact customer service for a refund, which I did, and they told me I had to wait 24 hrs and then come back again with my (online) receipt to get a refund. But I had to go out of town that weekend. It also didn't make sense to me that I would need to physically come back in and wait in line for this. And every time I called after that I was put on hold and passed from person to person and was lied to about the refund process. Left my name and number for store supervisor to call me back but no one did. Al...
Walmart workers shopped for me and did a great job! I love this program! I can't make it around the store anymore as I have breathing problems. I do have one complaint, I ordered Snapple Peach Tea and they charged me the same price for the 2 qt. bottles I normally get but gave me small (I estimate 2 pint) bottles. And half of them were diet! Ick! Lol, I drank it and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I might get more. Thank you for the Order Online and Pick Up program. It's saved my life.
wal mart is not a reliable charging for Wal-Mart-Exclusive. they can not even be there regale in the action figure ile. their pins remain empty for months. I don't even buy food. their meat department is terrible if they have any knowledge of food. online Wal-Mart is just as unreliable. reviving of smashed packages and insuring damaged. aim is the only place for me.
About 11 am is a good time to shop here. Before lunch and after the early morning shoppers have left. Quick in and out, especially if you are only picking up a few items. Beyond that Walmart is competitive when it comes to price as usual.
