Usually rude employees late at night. Food is never ready, despite being a fast food joint. My recent experience as a DoorDash driver at this Wendy's location was challenging and highlighted several areas for improvement. 1/11/24 Just a new update, I argued against it but it was decided to give this place another try, at 7:15 the dining area was closed, even to Uber orders, I was forced to wait in the drive through, there were 7 people waiting, it took me 43 minutes to get my order..how this place stays open I have no plans dea It's 8:40 and the dining room is closed...says open till midnight but guess they just arbitrarily close it when they feel like it... customer service right?
Made my sandwich wrong AGAIN, sticky counters and tables, out of several drinks in the machine, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it was possible to give negative stars, that's the only way this place would excel. And the process keep going up with the condiments on the sandwiches diminishing.
